Tattoo Box, opened in 1998 in Los Angeles, 2006 in Montreal and now in Avignon France. Tiger Kate, the studio owner, has been tattooing around the world since 1989 and born in California. She was brought into the business as the ninth generation of the world’s oldest line of tattoo apprenticeship spanning 145 years of electric tattooing. Kate teaches tattoo history while she works. Tattooing in styles of Japanese, Polynesian, Americana, 1990’s new school, bio-organic, and military designs. Tattoo Box is A tattoo history relic in its own rite but it is a must-visit for tourists to the region.
